About the Community
We are a well-established senior (55+) mobile home community known for its friendly residents, peaceful environment, and well-maintained facilities. We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth community management, and maintain the high standards our residents expect and deserve.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily park operations, maintenance, and resident services.
Manage leasing, rent collection, and enforcement of community rules and regulations.
Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
Coordinate repairs, landscaping, and community improvements.
Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for senior residents.
Handle administrative tasks including budgets, reports, and communications with ownership/corporate office.
Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, mobile home park management, or senior community operations preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and community regulations and Title 25.
Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Basic computer proficiency (email, reports, spreadsheets).
Must be professional, dependable, and compassionate toward senior residents.
