Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the car wash and gas station.
Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service.
Perform or arrange routine maintenance on car wash equipment and systems.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the car wash tunnel and all facilities.
Monitor fuel inventory and ensure all equipment is operational.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in car wash or gas station management.
Working knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance, and cleaning processes.
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
