Manfuacturing company has an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our main office located in Santa Maria. This is a multi-tasked position requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills. Individuals must be detail-oriented and team players with excellent administrative skills. Must have experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Position is Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Bi-lingual candidates appreciated but not required. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to work on a team.
Demonstrated skills in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail, as well as flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Ability to problem solve and be self-motivated with acute attention to detail.
Must have a commitment to excellence and high standards.
Must have excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational and analytical skills.
Must have ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Required to have versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
Expected to have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions.
Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Required to have the ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Demonstrate a positive customer service at all times.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting and occasional standing required.
Basic office and equipment safety knowledge and practice.
