The PCPA Theatre Box Office is searching for customer service representatives to join our team. We are seeking applicants with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. Candidates are required to have attention to detail regarding cash handling, communication and organizational skills. You also must possess general experience using a computer as well as basic typing, filing, and math skills.
Before making your decision to submit an application, there are a few important things you should know. 1) You must be able to work through December. 2) This is a part-time position with hours ranging from 15 - 25 hours per week that pays $13/hour. 3) Primarily you will be assigned in Santa Maria, but you must be able to work in Solvang during the summer as needed. We do offer mileage reimbursement in certain situations. 4) You must have your own transportation and possess a valid California driver's license. 5) If hired, you are entitled to a limited amount of complimentary PCPA show tickets as well as discounted tickets.
