Sky River RV in Santa Maria, CA is seeking an experienced, high-achieving Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Advisor in either a dealership or high-volume auto center. You must be capable of handling the demand of a very busy service department while maintaining the level of quality our customers have come to expect. RV experience is helpful.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Schedule and meet with customers.
- Write up repair orders, provide time and cost estimates for repair.
- Upsell additional services.
- Complete, close repair orders, and collect payment.
- Computer proficient
- Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills
- Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- General knowledge of RVs is helpful.
