Clinical Training Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Instructors for our day and Saturday classes in Phlebotomy at our Santa Maria CA, Campus.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Phlebotomy CPT-1 license for a minimum of 3 years. (This is a must!)
3 years of lab experience
A current CPT-1 license
Authorization to work in the United States
Although teaching experience is not a requirement, it would be considered a valuable asset. If you're passionate about sharing your expertise and knowledge in phlebotomy, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Present complex material in an understandable and compelling manner.
Monitor and assess student progress to ensure understanding and mastery of material.
Address any concerns or issues related to the instruction of the class.
Qualifications:
3 Years of experience in a laboratory setting.
Current CPT-1 license must have for a minimum of 3 years.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Teaching experience is a plus but not a requirement.
