Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and self-sufficient chef to join our team at a small dim sum restaurant in Los Alamos. As the solo chef in the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dim sum dishes, ensuring high-quality and consistent food for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dim sum dishes, including dumplings, buns, and rolls.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a chef, preferably in a dim sum restaurant or similar setting.

Strong knowledge of dim sum cooking techniques and ingredients.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Food Handler's certification required.
