JOB TITLE: Janitorial TechnicianRATE OF PAY: $13.00 and Up (Competitive Wages for Experienced Applicants)
SHIFT: Evening shift/ Tuesday and Friday (5:30pm-8pm) (Additional hours and overtime available)!!!!

General office maintenance; including trash removal and dusting
Cleaning equipment, sweeping, vacuuming, window washing, mopping and damp mopping
Cleaning and maintenance of restrooms including sinks and toilets
Restocking supplies in restrooms and break rooms
Specific duties will vary depending on the list of specifications required by the client at the assigned location(s)
Other Skills (will train as needed):
Decision making, problem solving and listening skills
Clear communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and tools
Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Able to understand and observe safety rules
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willing to accept change and work in a team-based environment.
Physical/Other Requirements:
Required to lift up to a minimum of 35 lbs (garbage removal)
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust/focus
Perform repetitive tasks: stand during most of the shift, walking, stooping, bending, reaching and crouching, using hands and fingers, climbing up/down stairs and ladders
Must have reliable transportation to arrive to/from work site
Must be flexible with schedule, as shift times could change at customer's request, depending on position and/or assignment
