Nella kitchen & Bar is expanding the BACK OF THE HOUSE team.
We are looking for line cooks (lunch and/or dinner shifts).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Stock and refill station accordingly
Prepare food in a timely manner following rules and recipes as directed
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Ensure high food quality
Proper stocking and labeling
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant setting is preferable
Basic knife skills
Punctuality
