Employee Qualifications:
Must live in San Luis Obispo, Five Cities Area, Nipomo or Santa Maria
Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance is mandatory
Be able to drive from San Luis Obispo to Orcutt
Reliable transportation
Must speak some conversational English (negotiable)
Must be eligible to work in the USA
18 years of age or older
Must have access to cell phone apps, email and texting
Vaccinated not required but highly recommended, must show proof
Job Description:
Upon completion of training, you will have all the tools and supplies needed to perform eco-friendly, high quality cleaning services to our clients.
As an employee of Green Clean Machine you will be:
Required to provide our clients with professional, outstanding, efficient, consistent and detailed cleaning services using only our approved non-toxic cleaning products.
Responsible for the care and restocking of cleaning kits and drop off laundry weekly.
Responsible for clocking in and out using a phone app.
Required to reply to all email and text correspondence.
Responsible for tracking mileage in order to be reimbursed.
Required to review and update specific cleaning instructions for each client.
Required to attend mandatory monthly zoom meetings.
Required to possess excellent time management, high energy, a positive attitude, punctuality, attention to detail, be highly organized and responsible.

Job duties may include but are not limited to activities such as: standing, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, scrubbing motions with hands, wrists and shoulders, lifting, moving or pushing furniture no more than 40 pounds and using a step stool.
GCM provides all employees with KN95 masks, nitrile gloves and disposable shoe coverings in compliance with CDC guidelines.
