We’re looking for a dynamic Outreach Services Librarian and a Children's Services Librarian who are equal parts educators, event planners, storytellers, and community ambassadors. One of these roles is your chance to champion literacy, imagination, and lifelong learning—inside the library and out in the community.
Education and Experience
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university, and two years responsible experience in a related field. A Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree is desirable, but not required.
Spanish language skills and experience in dealing with the public are also desirable.
