Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in beautiful Santa Maria & Pismo Beach!
Required Qualifications
1) Licensed to practice and eligible for a CA license as a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician’s assistant (PA)
2) At least one year, and preferably two years, of experience in medical / surgical dermatology; aesthetics experience is helpful
Practice Description
1) Fast-growing, and 30+ years in business
2) Two sites in the mid-Pacific coast — Santa Maria and Pismo Beach — only 20 minutes’ drive apart — at both where this role will practice
3) Well-equipped with surgery center, lasers, 8 exam rooms, Mohs lab, and aesthetics lasers
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1) Medical and surgical dermatology, plus aesthetics
2) Surgical procedures include biopsies, skin grafts, and reconstructions
3) 200+ patient visits per week, complete notes, and care of their patients during clinic hours which are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
4) Supervision from dermatologist MD
5) Minimal on-call responsibilities will be shared with 3 other providers
Compensation & Benefits
1) $200,000 as base, or 30% of collections, whichever is higher
