Veterinary Animal Clinic is seeking a reliable candidate to join our team as a full or part time Customer Service Rep. This position requires prior experience in customer service, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting but willing to train the right person. We are a multi Doctor practice and work in a fast paced environment. Dependability and attendance is a core requirement for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interacting with clients, answering multi-line phones, invoicing and accepting payments, running end of day financial reports, accurate management of medical records and completing daily tasks in a timely manner. You must be able to work well under pressure, multi-task, problem solve, be able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and be a self starter.
