Job Title: Construction Crew – (Short-Term Assignment)
Location: Arroyo Grande, CA
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Assignment Length: 1–2 weeks
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking 2–3 experienced construction workers to join a crew for a short-term project in Arroyo Grande. This is not a general labor position — we need skilled workers who bring both experience and their own tools to the job.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
Responsibilities:
Assist with roof repairs and related construction tasks.
Safely use hand and power tools.
Work efficiently with crew members to complete the project on schedule.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean worksite.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in roofing or construction work.
Must have knowledge of roof repair techniques.
Ability to bring and use your own tools.
Reliable transportation to the job site.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

Full-time hours, Monday–Friday.

Compensation:
$30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
