Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Installer to join our team. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of fences, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding role that requires proficiency in concrete forming, welding, carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark fence layout according to specifications
- Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
- Install fence panels, gates, and other components
- Secure fences to posts using appropriate fasteners
- Cut and shape materials as needed for proper fit
- Repair or replace damaged fences as necessary
- Ensure all work is completed within established timelines
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience in fence installation or related field preferred
- Proficiency in concrete forming, welding, carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or fence layout plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
-Clean DMV record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
