Technician need to perform general trash and debris cleanup at commercial/retail centers, clean inside units when necessary, light window cleaning, change out trash can liners, graffiti removal and/or cover-ups which involves paint matching, lift and haul away dumped items, clean/remove what homeless leave, clean roofs of debris and vegetation growth including rain gutters and downspouts.
Must have valid drivers license.
Position is part time 25-30hrs per week.
Five paid holidays.
