We are currently hiring for a mechanical helper position in the Vandenberg AFB area. This position is full-time, temporary, and expected to last for 4-6 months. The payrate for this position is $20-$34 an hour (DOE). If you are interested and qualified, apply ASAP!!!
Duties & responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
⢠Performs general mechanical duties as assigned
⢠Troubleshoot issues
⢠Duties include tube cutting, tube bending, installation and service of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
⢠Uses power and hand tools
⢠Operates equipment that may include company vehicles, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, etc.
⢠Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
⢠Always adhere to safety protocols
Skills & Qualifications
⢠High School diploma or GED
⢠Valid California driverâs license, clean driving record
⢠Ability to gain Vandenberg AFB access.
⢠Ability to lift, move, push up to 50 lbs
⢠Plumbing experience (desired)
⢠HVAC certification (desired)
