We are looking for Sign Walker Supervisors and Sign Walkers in:
King City
Santa Maria
Starting March 20 we are looking for a Sign Walker Supervisor ($125 per day) and Sign Walkers ($90 per day) for the cities listed above.
The first week schedule for the Supervisor will be WED-SUN 10:45 - 4. The second walker will need to be there from 11-4; after that it will be FRI-SUN for 6-8 weeks. Some federal holidays and weekdays maybe added as the client sees fit.
The Sign Walker Supervisor position pays $125/day. Keep in mind before applying the Supervisor DOES hold a sign here as well and is required to hire/have someone else that they supervise to hold the other sign for $90/day.
Part of the reason the Supervisor is paid more is because they are required to make sure the event is fully staffed, all hours filled, and backups on standby in the event of no shows. The Supervisor will build the sign and add discount changes to the sign as the sale progresses. They will also pay the other Sign Walker.
Required of Sign Walker Supervisor
Good Communication Skills
A working cellphone with data
Your own car, proof of driver's license, clean driving record (No DUIs) and insurance, ability to get to and from work in a timely fashion
A clean, professional appearance and great attitude
To stand in the rain if needed

If you have relatives that would like to work have them apply as well.
Cost of materials is reimbursed with the first payment.
Sign Walker pay will be sent to the Supervisor for disbursement. Payments are made via direct deposit the Thursday following the weekend worked.
