Full-time Warehouse/Cellar Worker position available at Margerum Wine Company in Buellton.
Warehouse duties include case goods organization, inventory, and preparing pallets/orders for shipment. Extensive forklift use required; forklift certification provided. Cellar work will also be required year-round, with duties increasing during harvest (August through November). Overtime will be required during harvest.
You should be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to fifty (50) pounds on a regular basis; possess a strong work ethic, and be willing to work both outdoors and in a cellar environment. Attention to detail is extremely important.
Prior winery experience is not required; however, you need to be enthusiastic, energetic, have the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, and be willing to learn. It is important to understand and abide by safety guidelines.
