Mid State Concrete Products is a manufacture seeking to fill (2) highly skilled "Essential Full time positions". All work performed will have supplied tools and PPE equipment. Job duties will be in one location in Santa Maria. No traveling required.
Individuals applying must already have the skill and understand how to do the following.
Duties include concrete pouring and finishing experience, must be mechanically inclined and have had experience in concrete form setup. You will be required to assemble steel forms and understand shop drawings. Must complete daily quality control procedures. Must repair defects in concrete surfaces and will perform other task associated with production of concrete products as assigned.
Must be able to read and follow a daily schedule including shop plans/drawings in English. Knowledge of most basic construction related tools and their uses. Understand and apply mathematical skills. Must pass a required pre-employment drug screening and physical exam. Construction type skills are required. This job requires sitting, standing, walking, forward bending, squatting, kneeling, balancing, driving, pulling/pushing and reaching.
