We are looking for an organized, experienced, multi-task person for our Trucking/Recycling office. We are interested in energetic, accurate, self-motivated person that will be detail oriented and able to work with interruptions.
YOU will be dealing with Phones, Truck dispatch data entry, Tracking, human resources, data entry, Payroll input, and personnel records. Imagine learning all this with fellow office workers helping.
Possible flexible schedule. Some other things you will learn to maintain various spreadsheets, do filing and various clerical tasks. Some of the computer programs we use are Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, WAM, Sage, etc

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: customer service on phone, dispatching, data entry, filing, Accounts Receivable - Order Entry; Invoicing, Human Resource/Personnel - Payroll, Workers Comp; Audit Reports, customer service support, receptionist duties, correspondence, supply requisitions, and special projects.
