We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing and tracking vehicles within our dealership. Ideal candidates will be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining accurate records across multiple systems while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Log vehicle deliveries and movements
Track inventory to ensure accurate counts
Perform regular audits and updates
Customer Service:
Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
Assist customers and internal teams with vehicle-related inquiries
Represent the dealership positively at all times
Digital Management & Marketing:
Work with dealership CRM systems and websites
Ensure every vehicle is listed online with detailed, accurate information
Verify pricing and availability on all platforms
Take and upload high-quality vehicle photos
Utilize Google Sheets and other software for tracking and updates
Marketing experience is a plus
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with both the New Vehicle Manager and Used Vehicle Manager
Take direction well and contribute to a supportive team environment
Communicate effectively with all departments
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
