Local Sign business is looking for someone to be the face of our company. Weâre looking for someone that wants to bring positive energy and help local businesses find the right solution for their signage advertising needs.
Welcome walk-in customers and take phone calls. Intake new sales leads. Manage quick sign projects and assign sales reps for large projects. Record & report sales pipeline, projections and landing rates to owners.
Skills:
- Works well under stress in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Software: Quickbooks or similar accounting software, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to estimating costs & time to complete a project.
- Provide administrative support to creative design team â selling their design work, managing deadlines, closing jobs, collecting deposits, billing & final payments, follow up and reporting.
- Accurately communicate customer needs and feedback to the design team.
- Good at building a structured routine and making sure those around you succeed.
- Bilingual a plus.
Experience:
- Required: 3 years experience in a position that directly involved sales interfacing with customers.
- Required: 3 years where the job position involved administrative responsibilities.
- A plus if sales experience was in selling customizable work; walking customers through creative solutions.
- A plus â any background in design.
