Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Santa Maria. This position involves working from the office and handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have extensive experience managing office operations, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical tasks including filing, organizing documents, calendar management, data entry, record-keeping, handling office correspondence, and developing and monitoring logs.
Prepare meeting rooms, manage office supplies, and handle basic office maintenance. Greet visitors and clients, providing a professional and courteous first impression.
Send forms for signatures, prepare documents as requested, and ensure they are processed and filed appropriately.
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and support company leadership.
Work with vendors (copier service, alarm system, utilities, etc.)
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Be flexible and adaptable to handle various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior office management or administrative experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong typing skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and basic Excel
Familiarity with standard office procedures and equipment
Must be team-oriented, patient, friendly, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
High school diploma or equivalent required
