The Project Manager position is Full Time and Temp to Hire (possibility of Direct Hire for the right fit). The salary for this position is $90,000 (DOE). If you are qualified and interested, submit your resume ASAP!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Be a team leader by developing cost effective plans and schedules for projects
Conduct safety audits to minimize risk exposure and implement CAL/OSHA approved policies.
Direct accident investigations and monitor corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Visit assigned work sites to clarify scope of work and help prepare cost estimates.
Assist with marketing, social media posts, website updates and advertising.
Oversee and direct construction projects.
Oversee contractors and review architectural drawings.
Ensure proper administration of contracts and obtain any necessary permits and licenses.
Maintain logbooks and supervise use of equipment, tools, and supplies.
Train coordinate and direct construction workers.
Other duties assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or 10 years of direct experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction management, project management, and estimating field
Experience estimating and managing self-performed work activities and subcontracted work
Excellent time management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong negotiating skills
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Ability to plan and see “the big picture”
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety standards
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must possess a Valid Driver License
Understands means and methods of construction associated with underground utilities, grading and civil engineering construction
Has a working knowledge of the cost of goods and services; ability to solicit, evaluate, and manage the price, schedule, and quality objectives of individual projects
Understands the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules
Understands project cost control and change order management
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
