Responsibilities
Process manufacturers / vendors claims daily
Process requested parts returns by manufacturers / vendors
Work closely with service advisors / techs
Answer internal emails and incoming calls as needed
Must have Automotive experience
Experience with Word and Excel and Google Docs
Warranty claims processing in automotive experience
Customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Mon- Fri 8 to 5
