We are looking for a part-time and/or full time budtender for our cannabis shop in Lompoc. Duties include age verification, customer service, assisting customers with making purchasing decisions, informing customers of deals, happy hours, and other promotions. Keeping the shop clean and presentable. We are a small team that works as a unit so many of the daily tasks are done by all. Must be motivated and take initiative for the daily duties. Knowledge of cannabis highly preferred but willing to work with anyone who has the right attitude. Working in cannabis can be very fun but it is also a job so please only apply if you have genuine interest in the industry.
