Position Summary
Retail Associates support Unity Shoppe’s distribution centers in Lompoc and Santa Barbara. The main job is to deliver quality customer service, while ensuring a positive shopping experience and maintaining efficient work flow between warehouse and retail areas. You will work with staff, volunteers, and clients to keep daily operations running smoothly.
