The City of Paso Robles is recruiting for the next Information Technology (IT) Manager. The IT Manager, classified as a Professional Manager III, is an imperative position that leads and promotes the technological growth, innovation, and cyber security of the entire city organization. The IT Manager is responsible for managing the operations of City's IT activities, while delivering excellent customer service, building partnerships, and administering comprehensive IT initiatives to accomplish City goals and technological needs. The ideal candidate will play an integral part in implementing the City's IT strategic plan, and be knowledgeable in project management, budgeting, procurement, IT governance and policy implementation, and information system security.
