We are currently hiring overnight Security Patrol Officers for our nightly patrol route covering
all of SLO County. Full and part-time positions available. Pay starts at $20 per hour for initial
training period and increases to $23 per hour after.
Job duties include:
Making mobile patrol stops of multiple sites which include walking the grounds of every
property.
Scanning NFC tags.
Parking enforcement (towing and/or issuing warning citations).
Securing/locking up facilities.
Writing security and maintenance incident reports.
Removing trespassers from sites.
Necessary qualifications include:
A California Guard Card is required.
A clean driving record is required.
Applicants must have at least one year or more experience in security or other form of protective
services.
Must have effective written and oral communication skills and be able to effectively
communicate across all levels of the organization and externally.
Must be highly dependable.
Must have the ability to work independently.
Must pay close attention to detail.
Must have the ability to stay calm & professional in difficult situations.
Must be comfortable with taking initiative and working with limited direct supervision.
