General Duties of the position
· Providing exceptional customer service.
· Greeting, directing, engaging customers.
· Providing leadership and ongoing training to the sales team, adherence to sales protocol; Providing direction.
· Working with the store manager to ensure that the front and back rooms are maintained as per company standard.
-Corresponding with customers via telephone, email, as needed.
· Light stock work as needed.
· Opening and closing store.
Light cleaning throughout the store.
· Meeting sales objectives
Compensation
· Hourly base plus personal commission.
