We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team! The right candidate is someone with ambition, a background in sales and a strong work ethic. At We Are Airstream Santa Barbara, located in Buellton you’ll find yourself selling the most iconic RV in America. If you want to be a part of selling someone their dream, and make sure they are a “Happy Camper” then we want to hear from you.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Help customers make their RV ownership dreams come true.
Lead customer through the purchasing process.
Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Effectively educate customers on Airstream RV benefits.
Use your knowledge and our inventory to assist customers in finding their dream RV.
Use Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool to track all customer interactions.
Complete any and all Airstream training, for updates and new products.
Other duties as assigned.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Customer service experience.
1-2 years’ sales experience is highly preferred.
Valid driver’s license
Valid sales license
Availability to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Integrity and excellent work ethic
Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and sales goals.
Must have a great attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
