Excel Personnel Services is currently recruiting for an IT Support Specialist in Santa Maria. This position is Full Time and temporary (expected to last through mid-June or longer), with the hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The pay rate for this position is $18/hr. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Image and deploy Windows 10 computers to end users replacing old hardware
Provide onsite support to end users for all IT related issues
Assist in projects as directed by local IT Managers
Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and standards
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
University degree, IT Certifications, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 months of experience successfully delivering IT services
Knowledge of troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and Windows 7/10
Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Office 365/Office 2016
Ability to properly communicate through both oral and written correspondence
Ability to multi-task, properly prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently, with little to no instruction, as well as on a team
Must follow all safety regulations required
Must have a customer centric attitude
Strong organizational skills
