Santori Woodworking in Lompoc Ca, is looking to grow our team. We are in need of a high-end custom cabinetry finisher. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years’ experience finishing custom, residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork.
Finishers are responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying finishes according to instructions, inspecting and repairing cabinet surfaces as needed. Must be able to work with a variety of materials, such as solid wood, laminates and veneers. Be able to identify any defects or blemishes that need to be fixed before the final finishing process and must be able to create/mix custom finishes to meet client specifications.
Ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as with other members of the team, to ensure a quality product is produced and have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to follow instructions and good communication skills are a must.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, and stoop and stand on feet for long periods of time.
