Central Coast Construction Company seeking an estimator . Diverse construction; residential, custom homes and government jobs.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in estimating. Strong knowledge of construction methods & materials & current building codes. As work takes place in various counties , some travel may be required. This role will require analytical skills, attention to detail & ability to collaborate as a team. This includes; clients, tradesmen, project management & administration.Excellent communication skills, time management & multitasking.
Ideal candidate should have the following:
5+ years in construction/construction management
3+ years estimating including software knowledge (sage,blue beam, building connect)
Ability to read plans & blue prints
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Mgt. desired, not required
Drivers License
