Qualifications – Must have a current drivers license with a clean record.
An understanding of construction and/or restoration is preferred. We are willing to train the right applicant. Able to Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure that customer needs are met. Applicants must be able to perform manual labor and be able to lift 50 lbs. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance and residential customers. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
Job documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Production costs are maintained at the established rate. communications to Owner/Project Manager and customer are timely. Jobs are completed either meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
You must have a good driving record with a clean DMV report. Must be able to speak and understand English.
