About Us:
Dolphin WiFi is a growing Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) serving the central coast. We provide high-speed internet to homes and businesses in rural and underserved areas. We are looking for a motivated Wireless Internet Installer to join our team and help expand our network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain wireless internet equipment at customer locations.
-Mount antennas on rooftops, towers, and poles.
-Run and secure cabling from antennas to customer routers.
-Align antennas for optimal signal strength
-Troubleshoot and repair connectivity issues.
-Drive company vehicle to service calls and installations.
-Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience with wireless networking, radio frequency, or cabling is a plus (training provided)
- Comfortable working at heights (rooftops, ladders, towers)
- Basic understanding of routers and networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
