Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Apprentice Training Program. You will assist our experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in plumbing. We also have dedicated training to prepare you for a fulfilling career in the trades.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The essential functions of an Apprentice include, but are not limited to the following:

Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing excellent customer service.

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

Actively participate in training to learn skills and building codes to determine optimal work procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and customers.

Follows and encourages the company Core Values.

All other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required

Strong mechanical aptitude & willingness to learn.

Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail

Pass background check & random drug testing.

Able to work independently & as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy equipment & working in various environments.
