Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, including residential, commercial and industrial settings. This role requires expertise in reading schematics, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while adhering to safety standards.
Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to NEC guidelines.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems for functionality.
Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems with logic controllers and other components.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects, including frame carpentry tasks as needed.
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment.
Provide maintenance person services as required for various projects within the facility.
Experience:
Proven experience as a residential, commercial or industrial electrician is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation techniques and maintenance practices.
Familiarity with using testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
Ability to read and understand technical documents, including schematics and blueprints.
Experience working with logic controllers is a plus.
A valid electrician's license or certification is highly desirable but not needed.
Valid Driver's License required with clean driving record.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Weekends as needed
