Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, operating in Santa Rosa, California. Your role will primarily focus on managing our accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and processing, account reconciliation, and data entry tasks.Responsibilities: Accurately process invoices, ensuring they are correctly coded Conduct regular check runs to maintain financial fluidity Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in performing daily tasks Maintain and update all data entry related to accounts payable Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure all financial records are accurate Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns related to accounts payable Monitor account status regularly, identifying and resolving any irregularities Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently Keep customer credit records updated and accurate Take necessary action on customer accounts based on monitoring results.
