Seeking a mature, responsible, energetic, and organized individual with good people skills to join a small, casual office setting for a family-owned property management company. This is a permanent part-time position near downtown Menlo Park. Position will be 2-3 days per week, approximately 16-18 hours per week.
Requirements:
Proficient in Quickbooks (Online & Desktop versions), Excel and Word.
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Flexible and able to multi-task

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable – enter by class across multiple accounts in multiple entities
Print checks and manage on-line payments
Reconcile company credit card
Record and deposit rent payments and laundry revenue
Manage insurance policy and property tax accounts in multiple entities
Purchase office supplies
Maintain repair and maintenance files for multiple properties
Show apartments for rent to prospective tenants (on occasion)
Respond to property management questions by tenants, including contacting and scheduling repair professionals
Filing and recordkeeping and other financial or administrative duties as required
Hourly compensation commensurate with experience.
