We are seeking an organized and proactive AR / Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team in Hayward, California. (near HWY 92 off ramp) The ideal candidate will be professional and positive, and handle a variety of accounting tasks, and customer interaction. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our family-like team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable:
Prepare and send invoices to clients.
Record and reconcile payments received.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current.
Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections.
2. General Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end closing tasks.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable, and other accounting tasks.
Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in any accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with the Hayward / San Mateo 92 Bridge/880 location is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Standard Office Hours.
