Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting and administrative functions, including journal entries, accounts payable, payroll processing, and general office tasks. This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and record journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.

Process accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

Assist with payroll preparation and related reporting requirements.

Reconcile bank statements and company credit card accounts.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Support monthly and year-end closing processes.

Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate job costing.

Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.
