Wesco is a small construction company based in Pacifica.
Position:
Part-time, approximately 8 to 16 hours per week. We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills, capable of multitasking in both construction and administrative support roles.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter all financial transactions into QuickBooks.
- Tax Documents: Generate 1099s and year-end documents.
- Document Management: Maintain organized digital & paper folders.
- Subcontractor Management: Ensure current data is maintained.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping with strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to efficiently handle general administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation:
$35 to $43 per hour, based on experience, with a 60-day review period. Please note that a background check will be conducted upon hiring. Additional hours may be required during tax season.
