We are a small company looking for an individual to add to our team. We are in search for someone able to run our office and bookkeeping.

Bookkeeping Duties:

Oversee all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage the accounts payables and accounts receivables process.

Work with the general contractors or project managers and provide detailed financial reporting to ensure costs, timeline, and budget of construction projects are accurately forecasted

Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software

Update and maintain accurate financial records, contracts, annual budgets, tax reports, and financial statements

Process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on time and resolve any invoice issues

Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and financial reports

Associate’s degree in accounting, or business, or related field is preferred - high school diploma is required

2 years of experience in accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience

Exceptional organization, analytical, problem solving, and communications skills are important

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software, such as QuickBooks.

Office Duties:

- Communicate with vendors, employees, and customers to ensure smooth operations

- Scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups for both interior and exterior departments

- Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, phone and email communications

What we offer:

- Competitive wage (30-40 Depending on experience)

- Vacation (40 hrs per year, non accumulative and 1 year of seniority required)

- Sick days paid (40 hrs paid per year)

July 4

Labor day (First Monday in September)

Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday of November)

Christmas (December 25)

New Years Day (January 1)

- Health Insurance (50 % paid by the Company, 50% paid by the Employee

What we need from you:

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with QuickBooks is a must.

- Friendly, focused and strong attention to detail
