We are looking for a payroll specialist for our home furnishing company. This is a direct hire role based in Corte Madera. It is onsite.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented
3+ years of Payroll processing experience in a large organization across multiple states
Payroll system knowledge, Excel skills, Business English skills, and experience using UKG Pro and/or Dayforce
Recognize the importance of handling highly confidential information, and must have excellent judgment and organization skills
Responsibilities:
Manage daily requirements for final pay and adjustments for the off-cycle check process
Input updates to Federal and state tax withholding forms, direct deposit enrollments, and wage garnishments received from HR and third-party agencies
Participate in the testing and development of enhanced internal controls and post-audit reviews
Undertake and execute specialized initiatives and assignments as delegated
