No experience in construction is required, this is solely an office position. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Production Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial records and assisting with various production-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitasking effectively.
Responsibilities:
Data entry
Manage multiple spreadsheets
Create files
Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist in coordinating production schedules and timelines
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth operations
Assist in managing inventory and tracking production expenses
Help prepare production reports and documents as needed
Support the team by answering phone calls, responding to emails
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow of production schedules
Assist in coordinating meetings and project-related activities
Requirements:
Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of production process and terminology is a plus
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
