I am looking for a Registered Sales Assistant for my brokerage firm on Piedmont Ave.
Only applicants holding the following will be considered:
- Financial Services Industry experience more than 3 years
- Series 7 license active and current
- Experience transferring assets and knowledge of industry jargon, rules, what assets can be mixed with what, etc.
You will be in charge of all back office docusign application prep, facilitating client money movement, coordinating client lists for tracking purposes of all kinds, and occasional trading and rebalancing of client assets, among other non client facing office integration.
The better your experience, the higher the pay - for those who qualify based on the list above, the pay is a starting equivalent of $60K annual on a FT basis. If you can do the math here and work that back to PT, that is a plus.
The job I am hiring for would be a 10 hour work week, working up to $100K as we go. This is an in office position, 2 hours a day 5 days a week - somewhere in the window of 11-3pm start and finish.
This is a PT 1099 position with about 45-48 working weeks included for the year.
