Reporting to the General Manager/Chief Financial Officer, this person will support the senior leadership team in the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Assist the GM/CFO and company leadership in the oversight of all financial reporting, analysis & compliance requirements.
Lead and coordinate FP&A activities; responsible for development of detailed company financial projections and timely revised forecasts and variance analysis.
Work with all Department managers to build annual budgets; monitor variance analysis and develop key metrics to track cost accounting performance, expense statistics & labor efficiency.
Analyze all aspects of Inventory costing, turnover, gross margin analysis; understand all aspects of wholesale distribution and commission sales to create key metrics & increase profitability.
Responsible for review and oversight of key computer application reporting systems (ERP, OMS WMS, data bases, other).
Perform analysis and provide recommendations to management on key contract proposals, annual insurance renewals, and potential capital expenditures for equipment or facilities.
Assist in the preparation of 3rd party (i.e. bank, 401-k) financial institution reporting, governmental, audit, or tax compliance documentation.
Develop a thorough understanding of all facets of the company’s business and supply chain channels.
Assist management and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
