We are in search of a staff accountant who has experience with accounts payable and general ledger. This position is located in Los Altos and it is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
This role is responsible for handling general ledger accounting functions and accounts payable for multiple entities with a variety of accounting and administrative services, including but not limited to:
Performing monthly reconciliations of multiple entities’ bank accounts and credit cards and providing reports as needed
Process Accounts Payable and perform treasury functions for multiple entities
Researching and resolving issues or discrepancies with vendors’ accounts
Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Track budget and costs for multiple property improvement projects
Assist with various month-end closing responsibilities
